During your stay:
Your stay begins with an afternoon snack (detox cocktail) on the day of arrival and ends with a second breakfast on the day of departure. Please choose your diet of 1500, 1800, or 2000 kcal before arrival. Also, inform us of any additional dietary requirements, if any.

At your request, meal times can be changed, however, we recommend a break of 2.5-3 hours between meals. If you are planning to spend the day actively (e.g., on a mountain walk), after prior notice, selected meals can be packed for takeout.

Arrival and accommodation.
Hotel day starts at 4:00 PM, earlier arrival is possible upon request (subject to room availability).
For those traveling by public transport, a transfer to the hotel is possible (with prior reservation).
4:00 PM a welcome detoxifying drink (as part of the afternoon tea) in the Whisky Bar.

Each day there's free time for training and relaxation in the Wellness area (pool, jacuzzi, sauna zone, gym) – open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, the gym is also available at other hours upon request.

The hotel day lasts until 11:00 AM. It is possible to extend the stay subject to room availability – please ask the Pieniny Grand Reception for details.
The order of attractions may change.
Please contact reception to book your stay. Stay only possible in a classic room on the 4th floor. Guests are required to specify the species/breed of the animal when making the reservation. The facility may refuse to accept an animal belonging to species/breeds commonly considered threatening or aggressive. The owner of the animal is obliged to sign and comply with the rules of stay with animals . Details of the rules can be found on the website.
Outdoor unguarded parking available for an additional fee - 45 PLN/day
Reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In such a case, any prepayment made will be refunded within 14 days from the date of cancellation notification. For cancellations after this period or in case of a no-show on the day of arrival, the property will charge the guest 50% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, making a prepayment of 50% of the reservation value through the online payment system or a traditional bank transfer to the hotel's account is required.
