The Pieniny Grand SPA reception will schedule your treatments between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Physical activities may take place at earlier hours.
Day I
Arrival and accommodation.
Hotel day starts at 4:00 PM, early arrival possible upon request (subject to room availability).
For those traveling by public transport, a transfer to the hotel is possible (after prior reservation).

Daily free time for training and relaxation at the Wellness zone (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna area, gym) – open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, the gym is also available outside these hours upon request.
Day II
7:30 AM - 11:00 AM breakfast buffet at the Pieniny Grand restaurant
11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
During this time, the reception of Pieniny Grand SPA will schedule your treatment and workout plan. A detailed activity plan is available at the Pieniny Grand SPA reception, floor 2.
Treatments planned for this day:
Free time for training and relaxation in the Wellness area or a walk in the vicinity (Upper Park, Bereśnik, Palenica, Homole Gorge, White Water, Zaskalnik waterfall or spa parks).
5:00 PM - 8:00 PM dinner in the form of a buffet at the Pieniny Grand restaurant
Free time – visit to the Whisky Bar or Sky Bar (15% discount on drinks and menu items).

Reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In such a case, any prepayment made will be refunded within 14 days from the date of cancellation notification. For cancellations after this period or in case of a no-show on the day of arrival, the property will charge the guest 50% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, making a prepayment of 50% of the reservation value through the online payment system or a traditional bank transfer to the hotel's account is required.
