Day I
Arrival and accommodation.
Hotel day starts at 4:00 PM, early arrival is possible upon request (subject to room availability).
For those traveling by public transport, a transfer to the hotel is possible (after prior reservation).

- Polynesian peel from Cinq Mondes – massage with a gentle exfoliating paste made of sugar particles and noni, monoi, and avocado oils
- Magic of Warmth – massage with warm candle wax is a tradition originating from the countries of the Orient. It relieves stress and improves skin condition.
Free time for training and relaxation in the Wellness area or a walk in the vicinity (Upper Park, Bereśnik, Palenica, Homole gorge, White Water, Zaskalnik waterfall, or spa parks).

Please contact reception to book your stay. Stay only possible in a classic room on the 4th floor. Guests are required to specify the species/breed of the animal when making the reservation. The facility may refuse to accept an animal belonging to species/breeds commonly considered threatening or aggressive. The owner of the animal is obliged to sign and comply with the rules of stay with animals . Details of the rules can be found on the website.
Outdoor unguarded parking available for an additional fee - 45 PLN/day
Reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In such a case, any prepayment made will be refunded within 14 days from the date of cancellation notification. For cancellations after this period or in case of a no-show on the day of arrival, the property will charge the guest 50% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, making a prepayment of 50% of the reservation value through the online payment system or a traditional bank transfer to the hotel's account is required.
