The property is situated on an elevation with a beautiful view of the Pieniny Mountains and the Upper Park in Szczawnica, a few minutes' walk from the mineral water drinking hall.

Arrival and accommodation.

Hotel day from 4 P.M., early arrival possible upon request (subject to room availability).

For those traveling by public transport, hotel transfer is available (after prior reservation).

Every day free time for training and relaxation in the Wellness zone (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna zone, gym) – open 9:00 A.M.-9 P.M., gym also available outside these hours upon request.

Day II

11:00 A.M. – 4 P.M.

During this time, the Pieniny Grand SPA Reception will arrange your treatment and training plan. Detailed schedule available at Pieniny Grand SPA Reception, 2nd floor.

Treatments planned for this day:

• Kobido with creamy mask (60 min.) – lifting and stimulation of regeneration processes
• Icoone drainage and 3 focuses – giving the body lightness and focusing on 3 problematic areas*

Free time for training and relaxation in the Wellness zone or a walk in the surrounding area (Upper Park, Bereśnik, Palenica, Homole gorge, White Water, Zaskalnik waterfall or spa parks).

Day III

morning activation – movement activities in a small group (pilates, yoga, healthy spine or aqua aerobics – type of movement activities will be known a week before the package realization)
