The Szczawnica health resort uses as many as 12 unique types of medicinal mineral waters, which the highlanders call “szczawy”. Among them we recommend especially those that spring up from the following wells: Helena, Jan, Stefan, Józefina and Józef. Their beneficial properties have been confirmed by certificates approved by the Polish Ministry of Health.
Museum of the Health Resort
When looking at the permanent exhibition, as well as the temporary ones, you will explore the history of the town against the background of historical changes, and will learn about the customs and traditions of the place.
