The Dunajec River is a showcase of the Pieniny and Szczawnica - a tourist attraction of international scale. The route running along the Polish-Slovakian border in a deep canyon among the high mountains of the Pieniny and the peaks of Sokolica (747 m) , Trzy Korony (982 m) forms a natural border between Poland and Slovakia .
The 14 km adventure begins in Sromowce Niżne and ends in Szczawnica.The crossing of this section is neither demanding nor dangerous. Rafting is safe and everyone can enjoy this attraction regardless of age or physical condition. It is also good and safe fun for children.
