Your stay begins with an afternoon snack (detox cocktail) on the day of arrival and ends with a second breakfast on the day of departure. Before arrival, please choose a diet of 1500, 1800, or 2000 kcal. Also, please inform us about any additional dietary requirements, if any.

At your request, meal times can be changed, however, we recommend a 2.5-3 hour break between meals. If you plan to spend the day actively (e.g., on a mountain walk), after prior information, we can pack selected meals to take away.

The facility is located on a hill with a beautiful view of the Pieniny mountains and the Upper Park in Szczawnica, a few minutes walk from the mineral water drinking room.

Pieniny Grand SPA reception will schedule your treatments between 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Physical activities may take place in earlier hours.
Day I
Arrival and accommodation.
Hotel day from 4:00 PM, early arrival possible upon request (subject to room availability).
For those traveling by public transport, a transfer to the hotel is possible (with prior reservation).
4:00 PM a welcoming detox drink (as part of the afternoon tea) in the Whisky Bar.

Daily free time for training and relaxation in the Wellness zone (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna area, gym) – open 9:00 AM-9:00 PM, gym also available outside these hours upon request.
Day II

During this time, the Pieniny Grand SPA Reception will arrange your treatment and training schedule. A detailed schedule of activities is available at the Pieniny Grand SPA Reception, second floor.
Treatments scheduled for this day:
- Icoone drainage + 3 focuses. Vacuum roller massage. After body drainage, we will focus on three areas of your choice. Costume for the treatment is included in the price.
- Storz Medical on 3 areas – intensive therapy that stimulates circulation, draining, anti-cellulite, and silhouette sculpting. For best results, it is recommended to focus on the same areas as during the Icoone treatment and continue working on those areas throughout the stay.
Free time for training and relaxation in the Wellness zone or a walk in the area (Upper Park, Bereśnik, Palenica, Homole Gorge, White Water, Zaskalnik waterfall or spa parks).

Before leaving, please make time for physical activity - gym workout, swimming or walking.
The hotel reserves the right to change the order of attractions and their hours.
Only animals not on the list of dangerous breeds. The fee is 100PLN/day. Please refer to the hotel regulations for the details.
Outdoor unguarded parking available for an additional fee - 45 PLN/day
Reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In such a case, any prepayment made will be refunded within 14 days from the date of cancellation notification. For cancellations after this period or in case of a no-show on the day of arrival, the property will charge the guest 50% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, making a prepayment of 50% of the reservation value through the online payment system or a traditional bank transfer to the hotel's account is required.
