The Team

The restaurant team is headed by Executive Chef Łukasz Fitrzyk, who has contributed to menu creation at prestigious luxury restaurants across Poland, including the Michelin-rated Artesse in Kraków.

At Pieniny Grand Wellness & SPA, Łukasz crafts signature dishes inspired by the natural bounty of the Pieniny Mountains. His culinary creations delight not only with their rich flavors but also with their stunning, innovative presentation—blending the latest techniques with refined aesthetics.
